Cooking Class in Lipari with Chef Nunzia Cincotta
Experiencing cooking doesn’t simply mean tasting it — it means truly entering its heart. With our Cooking Class at Sangre Rojo in Lipari, we invite you to share an authentic experience, woven from gestures, aromas, tradition and conviviality.
With Chef Nunzia Cincotta, you will discover techniques, preparations and recipes from the Aeolian tradition, learning to create dishes that tell the story of the land, its culture and its identity. You won’t be mere guests, but the protagonists of a moment to be lived together, through passion, participation and the pleasure of the table.
During the class we will cook side by side in a warm and engaging atmosphere, where every preparation becomes a moment of connection, sharing and enjoyment. At the end of the experience, the dishes made together will be served and tasted, turning the class into a true tasting journey.
The Cooking Class lasts approximately 3 hours, is available by reservation only, with a minimum of 4 participants, and takes place at lunchtime, from May to September.

How to reach us
Our restaurant is located in Quattropani in the locality of Sangue Rosso. You can reach us from Lipari, driving for about 10 km along the provincial road 179.
Once in Quattropani you will find the indications for c/da Sangue Rosso.
